Pastor's Heart

Maybe I only thought half of our members said they would be out of town on Labor Day weekend.  For you showed up for Sunday School and worship, and we felt the Lord’s blessings.  I’m grateful to be pastor of a faith family that values the gathering and always demonstrates faithfulness.  And we were grateful that God sent a sweet family to join us Sunday morning.  J.D. and Traci Cashion have visited our worship events both on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening.  J.D. is teaching Algebra at Southwest Christian School and will be an assistant coach for the baseball team.  They have a daughter and two sons who are active in our children’s activities.  We’re glad you’re here.

Occasionally, someone who wants to start a new meeting at church would like to take that time.
